Amended plans

In response to Councillor Harwood’s comments regarding the use of non-native trees (Honey Locust), amended plans have been received which replace these trees with a native species of Birch tree.  It is considered that the substitute with birch trees is acceptable. 

Condition 3 is proposed to be amended to refer to the amended plans as set out below.

Recommendation remains unchanged subject to the following amendments/additional conditions:
