CONDITIONS

Replace condition 6 with the following landscape condition:

Condition 6

Within three months of the date of this decision notice a landscape scheme designed in accordance with the principles of the Council’s landscape character guidance shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.  The scheme shall show all existing trees, hedges and blocks of landscaping on, and immediately adjacent to, the site and indicate whether they are to be retained or removed.  The landscape scheme shall specifically address the need to provide:

i) Details of the species, size, density and location of all new planting along the southern boundary and the area to the front / eastern part of the site adjacent the road and around the pond;

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the countryside, and in the interest of biodiversity. 

Recommendation remains unchanged.
