Office interest and current “move-on” needs as at 21 June 2015

Office 1 (six person)

Currently occupied by four collaborating companies – one of which needs the whole office (six desks) from September -this creates need for either: one three-person or two, two-person units.

Office 6 (three-person)

Moved out on 6 June as we could not provide a four/five person office: taken by Social media business previously waiting on the desks, and likely to expand within the next nine months.

Office 8 (three-person)

Currently two businesses (three people) – but looking to expand later this year and will need at least a four-person unit

Office 10: Moved out 10 June – Office taken by Durty Media Ltd (Dan Lawrence)

Office 11: Moved out  31 May and  office taken by business that had been waiting on the desks.

Waiting list as at 21 June 2016

1.    Creative business – currently on desks wanting two person unit

2.    CISCO Systems currently take rolling monthly unlimited membership but has asked for a two-person office to set up a Kent-wide Digitalworker facility also offering web conferencing

3.    Web development business  – three-person office

4.    Web-based consultancy - six-person office

5.    Creative business -  three-person office

6.    Video Production business -  two person office

7.    Creative/IT business – two-person office
