Have reviewed the ecological information submitted with the planning application and are satisfied sufficient information has been submitted and that there is no requirement for specific species surveys to be carried out. As such raise no objection subject to measures to safeguard breeding birds, bats along with enhancements to increase wildlife diversity in and around the site.
