If you have received a review letter for not returning your Household Enquiry Form and you wish to be included on the Electoral Register you need to respond within 14 days of receiving the letter.
Please either email firstname.lastname@example.org, listing your name and address or return the enclosed response form by post.
You can use the MBC mapping website to find your nearest polling station that has been allocated to your address.
If you haven’t received a poll card but you think you may be entitled to vote please contact email@example.com
If you are registered to vote but you don't have your poll card, you can go to the polling station and give them your name and address.
You don't need any other form of ID.
You must vote at your assigned polling station.
