Minor licence variations
Minor changes to a licence are usually small changes to existing paperwork. This includes changing:
- the number of animals on a licence
- a licence holder name
- a trading name
Costs
We charge £65 per request. The costs cover the time spent by our officers handling the request and the cost of issuing a new certificate.
Request a change
We will need to know:
- the licence number
- information about the premises
- details about the licence holder
- what you would like to change
If you are requesting a name change, you will need to provide proof. This could be a:
- marriage certificate
- decree absolute
- deed poll
What happens next
We will contact you within ten working days of receiving your application to explain the next steps.
