This Girl Can Initiative

Do you feel you should be more active? Worried about how you’ll look or how good you are? This Girl Can is a nationwide drive to get more women into sport and fitness, backed by Sport England.

The next activity is This Girl Can Swim sessions, if you want to get back in the water, or are nervous about swimming, these women-only sessions will suit you down to the ground.

Badminton for Beginners
