This programme, run by Wellbeing People is for ‘Men Only’ supporting you to increase your fitness levels, even if starting from a ‘couch potato’. Delivered in small groups you are encouraged to gradually build up the level and intensity of exercise you can achieve. You can find out your BMI by using this calculator.
Duration: Once a week over 10 weeks with extra sessions at 6, 9 and 12 months
Location: Maidstone United Football Club and Park Wood
Time: Early Evening
Criteria: Body Mass Index (BMI) of 28 or more
