Customer Services


Our Customer Services team are based in the Maidstone Link, formerly the Gateway. This Maidstone Link sees Customer Services working under the same roof as the Maidstone Job Centre Plus and Maidstone Citizens Advice Bureau.

The Maidstone Link was opened in February 2017 and has a modern look and feel to it. Maidstone Borough Council provides 4 computers for you to use to access our website only, as well as 4 self-serve tablets for you to use to apply for Parking Permits and upload pictures of your documents for Housing, Benefits and Council Tax.  This means that there are no longer large queues for you to wait to have your documents scanned.

Alternatively you can upload your documents from home using the same process that is in the Maidstone Link. You’ll just need a camera on your phone/tablet or a scanner.
