Waste collections

Our waste and recycling contract changed on 25 March, meaning different ways of working for the collections crews. This has resulted in delays and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. For the most up to date information on when your collection will be carried out please check our update page.

Pest Control

If you are experiencing issues with pests, please contact a BPCA approved pest controller. Pests may include:

rats
mice
birds
wasps
insects

You can also use commercially available products found in homeware stores and supermarkets. Please follow the instructions on the packaging carefully.
