We are a friendly film society showing 12 films a year with an interesting mix of films from the UK and around the world. Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18. Maidstone Film Society is for anyone who loves cinema and wants to watch a wider and more challenging range of films than shown by mainstream cinemas.

We are a friendly writing group, who meet for writing workshops, critiquing sessions and to talk about writing. The emphasis is always on positive, constructive support for each other in our writing and the group is open to experienced and inexperienced writers alike.
