What people think of us...

The museum has carried out a customer survey into what people thought of their visit to the museum. The results are very encouraging:

85% of people agreed that their visit was inspiring
95% said their visit was interesting
90% discovered some new information
85% discovered information that surprised them
20% were disappointed by some of the things they found
86% intend to visit again
97% said staff were helpful
98% said the musuem was clean and tidy
48% were on their first visit
73% were female
24% were under 16 and 27% over 55
55% live in Maidstone, 12% lived abroad
63% visited the shop
46% heard of us via word of mouth.
