ONGOING CONSULTATION

Mobility Consultation

Our Social Inclusion Unit has been involved in a national survey of how Highways Authorities (Kent County Council in our case) consult over key projects. KCC has asked us to become their county focus group for this survey. Previous to this the Mobility Focus Group was consulted about the involvement of disability organisations in the construction of 'The Jade Crossing' at Detling. The group has also been consulted on the construction of the Fremlin development in terms of mobility issues.
