The Freedom of Information Act requires all public authorities, including Maidstone Borough Council, to adopt and maintain a publication scheme which lets everyone know what information is being published by the council. In order to allow you to easily find a document, we will be placing them on the Publication Scheme.
Not all documents are suitable for display on the Internet due to size or layout. All consultation documents are advertised in the local press and are available as hard copies at council receptions.
