Demonstrations and parades - granting of permission

If you need permission for a demonstration or parade in Maidstone you will need to fill out an Event Notification Form.

Simply send the completed forms with your Public Liability Insurance, Risk Assessment and a map of the proposed route karenalderton@maidstone.gov.uk or post it to:

You should allow up to eight weeks' notice for your event in case a Safety Advisory Group Meeting (SAG Meeting) is required to discuss the event.  An SAG meeting is normally called for events for more than 500 people.
