Car parks - private

There are a number of car parks within Maidstone which are owned by private companies, including the Chequers and Fremlin Walk Multi-storey car parks.

The council has no direct control over the terms and conditions governing these private car parks and how much they can charge customers or on their enforcement procedures.

Any comments and complaints regarding any of the issues related to parking in a private car park or parking area must be addressed to whomever owns/manages the parking area.
