E-Citizen: Access Your Details On Line

 

Access Information About Your Account(s) / Certain Benefits On Line

 

Welcome to E-Citizen. This service lets you see details of any account you may have for either Council Tax or Business (or Non Domestic) Rates or information about your application and entitlement to Housing or Council Tax Benefit.

 

IF YOU HAVE NOT USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE, please open the How to Register document for instructions. Then select “Register” from the (Log In | Register) option below and follow those instructions.  IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU MAKE A NOTE OF THE USER NAME AND PASSWORD THAT YOU CHOOSE – YOU WILL NEED THESE TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM IN FUTURE.

 

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED and have now received your PIN NUMBER and this is the FIRST TIME YOU ARE TO USE THE SYSTEM, please open the How to Log In document for instructions. Then select “Log In” from the (Log In | Register) option below and follow those instructions.

 

Log in to E-Citizen now.

 

You can view the leaflets that give more information about the income and expenditure of these authorities by selecting the council name that you would like the details for:

Kent Fire & Rescue Service (2007/08)

Maidstone Borough Council (2007/08)

IF YOU HAVE USED THE SYSTEM BEFORE, but have need reminding of the procedures to Log in, please open the How to Log In document and follow the instructions listed for Returning Users.

 

If you are a Landlord and have tenants that are receiving Housing Benefit, you can also view details of your account with the council.

 

Eventually, other services will come on line in this way and when they do, we will let you know.
