- You can also talk to a Connexions Personal Adviser in
confidence about a health, relationship, drugs, housing issue or if
you want to know what benefits are available to you.
Personal Advisers will:-

- Not judge you or tell you what to do
- Talk to you in confidence
- Help you to consider your options
- Help you to make a plan for making changes in your life
