Since the stock transfer of 2004, Maidstone Borough Council no longer owns Social Housing Stock in the Borough. If you have a complaint about your Housing Association Landlord you can, in the first instance, use their complaints procedure.

If you are unable to satisfy your complaint you can contact the Housing Ombudsman.
