We work with clients and our partners to provide various forms of homeless prevention including Housing Advice, Rent Deposit Bond Scheme and Avenue Lettings scheme.

The Citizens Advice Bureau - Maidstone provide Welfare, Benefits and Housing advice.

Rent Deposit Bond Scheme

This Scheme is intended to help households who are homeless or are threatened with homelessness who cannot afford the deposit needed to secure private rented accommodation.
