Our Customer services team are based in the Maidstone Link. The Maidstone Link sees customer services working under the same roof as the Maidstone Job Centre Plus.
You can upload your documents from home. You’ll just need a camera on the device being used at home or a scanner.

Public toilets
We have two unisex public toilets available for use, which also have a baby changing station inside. In addition we have a disabled access toilet too, suitable for wheelchair users.
