That the 2012/13 annual report for the Queen’s Own Royal West Kent Regiment Museum Trust, attached as Appendix A to the report of the Head of Finance and Resources, be approved for submission to the Charity Commission.

During the discussion, and in response to a question by a Member, the Head of Commercial and Economic Development said that she would discuss with the Cultural Services Manager, when in post, the possibility of increasing the area of exhibition space at the Museum available for displays to commemorate the 100^th anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War.
