1.   That the Biodiversity Action Plan be referred to under the Clean and Safe Environment priority and included in the Strategic Plan policies map.

2.   That reference is made to the Strategic Planning, Sustainability and Transportation Committee to consider removing reference to ‘by car’ in the phrase ‘We do however recognise that travelling in and around the borough by car during peak periods can be difficult’.

3. The refreshed Strategic Plan is approved for consideration by the Service Committees, prior to approval in February before submission to Full Council.
4. The three prioritised action areas and performance reporting arrangements from 2017-18 be approved for retention in 2018-19.

1. That the changes identified in red in Appendix A be supported;
2. That no further changes need to be made; and
3. That consideration be given to the need for detail of cross referencing to relevant policies since this is implicit in the delivery of the Strategic Plan itself.

That the refreshed Strategic Plan attached at Appendix A be noted and no further amendments be proposed from the Committee.

1. That the refreshed Strategic Plan attached at Appendix A be noted.
2. That the following amendment to the Strategic Plan 2-15-20, 2018-19 Refresh be recommended to Policy and Resources Committee:
1. The word ‘Green’ be inserted into the title of the priority area ‘Providing a Clean and Safe Environment’.
