3.	Election of Chairman Minutes: RESOLVED: That Councillor Mrs Gooch be elected as Chairman for the remainder of the Municipal year 2015/16.
4.	Election of Vice-Chairman Minutes: RESOLVED: That Councillor Burton be elected as Vice-Chairman for the reminder of the Municipal year 2015/16.
5.	Disclosures by Members and Officers Minutes: Councillor Mrs Wilson disclosed in interest in that two of the candidates had worked for an organisation that a family member had also worked at. She confirmed that she had made no contact with either candidate.
6.	Disclosures of Lobbying Minutes: There were no disclosures of lobbying.
7.	Appointment of Director of Regeneration and Place Minutes: RESOLVED: That William Cornall be appointed as the Director of Regeneration and Place.
