At the SPS&T meeting on 13th December
2017, the recommendations from the IESE Planning Review were
considered.
This report is an update to those discusssions, clarifying some of
the terminology within the more operational recommendations, most
of which are being adopted. However, the main thrust of this report
is to set out the work undertaken by a Member / Officer sub group
that considered the recommendations from IESE that related to
Members and Committee.
