Live Well Kent help people improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing. It is a free service for anyone over 17 and can offer support around mental health and wellbeing, training and work, keeping active, everyday living and meeting people. To find out more on how the Live Well service can help you and give the support and advice you need call 0800 567 7699.
