The Maidstone Link is shared in partnership with the Job Centre Plus (JCP) and the Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB).
The building has improved self-service areas and meeting rooms, as well as a new mezzanine floor. This gives the building a more modern look, as well as allowing us to use the building more efficiently.
You can scan and send your own documents instead of having to wait for an advisor or upload them using our proof upload form.
Residents can pay by cash using the self-service payment kiosks.
