Saved policies
Maidstone Borough Wide Local Plan 2000
The Maidstone Borough Wide Local Plan was adopted in December
2000.
On 28th September 2007 a number of policies in the plan
were deleted. These policies which were NOT saved will
NOT be used in the determination of planning applications.
Policies not saved have been struck through in the following
documents.
The saved policies should be read in
conjunction with the adopted DPDs.
LDF interactive proposals map
The LDF interactive
proposals map allows you to search which LDF policies apply in
which areas of the borough. The proposals map will work with the
latest versions of Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox and Chrome
web browsers, but will not work with Internet Explorer 6.
