LDF annual monitoring reports
Maidstone Borough Council uses the information produced in the
annual monitoring report to be able to tell if its planning
policies in the LDF are working in the way that they should do.
The council can tell by collecting information on a yearly basis
and comparing the time series if any trends are developing.
Changes suggested in the Localism Bill 2010 may introduce more
flexibility to the monitoring system in the future. Any changes
will be reported on this page.
