There are different levels of service to
choose from and different charges for the number and type of items
that need collecting.

All items for collection need to be specified
at the time of booking or they will not be collected.
Once a booking has been taken, additions or changes can only be
made up to 12:00 hrs on the day before the collection is due.

Standard Collection*
Items that would normally be taken when moving home e.g.
fridge, bed, sofa.
*Home improvement items (bathroom suite's etc) are not
included in the standard price of £17.50.

Premier Collection
Items that would normally be taken when moving home
plus any bulky garden waste e.g. tree, hedge, all
collected within 48 hours of booking.
Cheques bookings are exempt from the Premier Service as we
must allow 10 working days for cheque clearance before the
collection can be made.

Premier Plus Collection
Items that usually arise from DIY improvements to the home
e.g. kitchen units, bathroom suites, tiles and fences (except
builder's rubble).

An item is classed as a single piece, less than 1.8m/6ft in
length, that 2 people can safely lift. So a three-piece suite would
be 3 items - a sofa and 2 armchairs. Any bulky garden rubbish
must be bundled and securely tied to enable two people to carry it
in a safe manner. Each bundle is counted as one item. Loose piles
of garden waste will not be collected. Any small items, such as
tiles, need to be put into sturdy containers, that 2 people can
safely lift. If a collection contains any garden rubbish, it will
be collected on the premier service.
Fridges, freezers, televisions and monitors can be collected
using the bulky collection service, however these will be collected
by a separate vehicle as these items cannot be crushed.
This service cannot be used for:
Car parts and large items of machinery
Hazardous waste
- Builders rubble
- Any glass
- Any items that two people cannot lift safely
- Items more than 1.8m/6ft in length
However, these items may still be taken to
your nearest Household Waste Recycling
Centre in Tovil, Maidstone.
