Web-casting

The Council webcasts the majority of its meetings and these are hosted by our Webcast provider HERE

Details on how to use the webcasting site are shown below:-

·         Forthcoming live events are listed on the main front page of the webcasting site

·         If you wish to view a meeting that has already taken place, please select the “Archive”

          link in the dark blue bar at the top of the page – meetings are listed in date order with

          the most recent first

·         When you have selected the event you wish to view, the area to the right of the viewing

          screen has “tabs” at the top for you to see the speakers and the Agenda points.  If you

          wish to view a particular agenda item, please click on that Agenda item and the webcast

          will move directly to that item
