Maidstone Healthy Walks
The walks are short, usually
last between half an hour and an hour, take place in Maidstone and
are designed to follow easily accessible routes without steep hills
or tricky terrains. Depending on your ability, you can choose
whether to set off at a brisk pace to work the muscles or amble
along more slowly admiring the views. With a walk leader at
the front and at the back nobody gets left behind.
