the poorest and most disadvantaged communities.

Sport England
Sport England is committed to
creating opportunities for people to start in sport, stay in sport
and succeed in sport. The organisation encourages people to get
involved with sport and physical activity and distributes funding
and invests in a range of sporting projects, including the Active
England fund.
Funding for Sport in Kent
Funding for Sport in Kent is produced by Maidstone Borough
Councils Sports and Play Development Team, with support from other
Kent Councils and Medway Council. The guide has funding
advice for inpiduals, clubs, parish and community organisations; as
well as grants available from local councils and information on the
Sport England Lottery Fund and the benefits of becoming a
charitable organisation.
Football Foundation
This fund will support projects that create awareness about the
issue of racism in football and set standards for appropriate
behaviour on the pitch and in the terraces.
