indirectly, you may be finding it difficult to cope with things.
Dealing with the after-effects and trying to carry on with life may
seem impossible and you may be looking for external support.

Disaster Action is an
independent advocacy service set up by survivors and those bereaved
by major disasters. It is a charity and offers support to those
affected by disaster, and has produced a variety of leaflets and
publications.
