Who decides what band should be used?

The banding of all properties is decided by the Valuation Office Agency, an independant government agency who can be contacted at:

Jo Coll Listing Officer, Council Tax South, The Valuation Office Agency, Second Floor, 1 Francis Grove, Wimbledon, London, SW19 4DT.

Telephone: 03000 501501

If you are not satisfied with the band of your property you may appeal against it, see Council Tax - appeals.
