Electronic schedules
If you receive your tenant's housing benefit payments
direct, you will currently receive details of the payments by
post. We are now able to send you these electronically by email. If
you would like to receive your schedules via email, please contact
us at benefits@maidstone.gov.uk
quoting your reference number or your name and address.
Future news about benefits
If you would like to be kept up to date, by
email, with Benefit issues that may effect
you or your tenant's claims please email us at landlordupdate@maidstone.gov.uk.
Housing Benefit landlord forum
As a landlord operating within the Maidstone
area we believe that you have an interest in the operation of
the housing benefit service provided by Maidstone Borough Council
and would like to invite you to attend a regular liaison meeting
with officers from the benefit service.
The aim of the meeting will be to provide
opportunity for you to raise issues that you are experiencing, help
the benefit service understand the changes that you would like to
see, as well as the council having an opportunity to provide an
update on performance and future changes.
